My Story – Why I Built InsightOS

I didn’t set out to build a software company — I just wanted my workday to make sense.

For years, I worked in fast-paced finance and recruitment environments. Like many people, I was stuck juggling a mess of outdated systems, clunky processes, and scattered tools that didn’t talk to each other. Every day felt like a grind — chasing updates, sitting through repetitive meetings, manually building reports, and constantly switching tabs just to get a clear picture of what was going on.

It was frustrating. Not just because it was inefficient — but because it was holding people back from doing their best work.

So when I left the industry and retrained as a software engineer, I kept thinking: There has to be a better way.

That idea became InsightOS — a platform built for the teams I used to be a part of. It's not just another management tool. It's what I wished I had: one place to align your team, automate the painful admin, surface real-time insights, and actually move work forward — fast.
