- How does the free trial work?
- Every UK company gets a 1-month free trial for up to 10 users. No credit card required. At the end of the month you can add a payment method and continue, or simply stop.
- What does InsightOS cost after the trial?
- InsightOS is £50 per user per month, billed monthly. There are no tiers, add-ons or setup fees. Every feature, including HR, rotas, training, tasks, team chat, AI reports and Avenor sales outreach, is included.
- Is there a minimum contract?
- No. Billing is monthly and you can cancel with 30 days written notice. You can also increase or reduce your user count at any time and the change applies to your next invoice.
- How are users counted?
- You pay for active users, meaning people with valid login access at the start of each billing cycle. Deactivated leavers are not charged.
- Where is my data stored and can I export it?
- InsightOS is built and operated in the UK and processes data in line with UK GDPR. You can export your HR records, rotas, training records and invoices from the platform at any time.
- Does InsightOS include payroll?
- InsightOS records attendance, overtime and absence and lets you export the data for your payroll provider or accountant. It does not run payroll itself.
- Do you offer discounts for larger teams?
