Cookie Policy

This page describes the cookie and analytics-consent behavior implemented on the InsightOS website. It is based on the current website code and may not describe cookies set by third-party services after analytics is enabled.

Essential preference storage

The site stores your analytics choice in browser local storage under the key cookieConsent. This records whether analytics was accepted or rejected so the consent prompt can reflect your choice. This preference is stored in local storage, not as a browser cookie.

Optional analytics

The site offers separate options to accept or reject optional analytics. After analytics is accepted, the site loads Google Tag Manager and uses FingerprintJS to generate a visitor identifier, which is stored in local storage and sent to an InsightOS sales-visitor endpoint. Tags configured in Google Tag Manager may also set or access cookies or similar technologies; their behavior depends on the active container configuration and the services it loads.

Change your choice

You can reopen the preference prompt at any time using the Cookie preferences control in the site footer. You can also clear local storage through your browser settings. Rejecting analytics prevents the site code from loading its Google Tag Manager container and consent-gated visitor identifier collection.
